★≡≡ The Third Question ≡≡★ : sports

I really enjoyed swimming before. I had never spent a day without swimming almost for 4 years till 2004. People around me would refer to me as 'sportholic'^^;;. I was willing to accept this kind of comment because I really was so. It vitalized me fully and enabled me to feel confident and happy about my health. Now I'm getting lazy and not ardent in sparing my time for workout with so many excuses... However, I still sense my enthusiasm and desire to exercise, which will lead me to swimming pool sooner or later.^^.

Q: Which sport do you think you are good at most?

Hi!

I am not good at sports. I tried to learn to play tennis, to swim, to play golf and to ice skate before. I failed to get skills which are necessary for the sports. But I enjoy playing pingpong. If you play a game with me, you can beat me anytime. Still I enjoy pingpong. It is from the good memories of the good people that I met when I firstlearned to play pingping.

I like soccer most. But I got injured my left ankel, so that I can't do any sports. I just walk fast every morning or evening about 40~50 minutes. And every other day do exercise using weihgt lifting machines. My another goal here is loose 10 kg. I believe I can do it.^^

4years! great! In my case, I remember I used to swim every morning for about one year in 2000. But after that, I moved from Seoul to some small country which had no swimming pool because of my job. I couldn't swim anymore like those days. My favorite sport is basketball. I have loved it since my high school. But my physical strength has declined more and more than before. I know I need some kind of exercise like jogging to build up my strength.^^

Of course, I think all sports is good for our health. Yes, swimming is so good sport.^^ Actually my favorite sports are badminton and skiing. But, as you know, skiing is available only in the winter. So I usually play badminton with my wife after jogging. Its smash sound always makes my stress thrown away. And Badminton is really easy outdoor sport. Would you play badminton with me in your spare time? I believe that badminton is not 나쁜minton but goodminton.

I like sking and enjoy playing table tennis, although I'm not good at that spors. last winter I went to Gisan Resort for ski with co-workers. Really had a good time of it. I wish that you get a chance and try it. Then, definitely, you'll know another world.

I hope that you can enjoy some outdoor activities when the weather improves. I played soccer for many years in middle school and high school but I was never very good. Mostly I played for fun and to be with my friends who were on the teams.

My favorite sports is swimming, too. I also feel very comfortable in the water even though changing clothes before swimming bothers me a lot. I think swimming alone is a little bit difficult because I'm likely to be lazy with hard workout in the water, just walking and slowly stroking. When I work out enough to sweat with an instructor in a group, I feel better although I pant. After I started dance therapy, I stopped swimming. However, I can't forget the good feeling after hard workout.
